SHANGHAI, Aug 22, 2011 (Dow Jones ) -- China's imports of copper concentrate declined 3.7% in July from a year earlier to 452,639 metric tons, the General Administration of Customs said Monday.
Copper concentrate imports were down 24% from June, when 595,221 tons were imported.
During the January-July period, the world's largest copper consumer brought in 3.4 million tons of copper concentrate, down 11% from a year earlier.
