SHFE lead opened higher and fluctuated around the moving average today, pushing up domestic spot prices by RMB 250/mt

SHANGHAI, Aug. 10 (SMM)--SHFE lead opened higher and fluctuated around the moving average today, pushing up domestic spot prices by RMB 250/mt. Well-known brands such as Nanfang and Chihong Zn & Ge were quoted around RMB 15,930/mt, with discounts of negative RMB 250-300/mt against SHFE 1109 lead contract prices. Other brands such as Baiyin were quoted between RMB 15,900-15,920/mt. Traders seldom moved goods due to lower prices, keeping transactions quiet.
