[Minor metal] Forecast of Domestic Manganese Market Next Week

SHANGHAI, Jan. 16 (CBI China) – CBI believes the manganese price will fluctuate in the RMB 13,500-14,500/mt before Spring Festival. On the one hand, six 200 stainless steel producers including Wuhang Stainless Steel Company and Lianzhong Stainless Steel Corporation will continue the production and normal purchase, giving demand support for refined manganese; On the other hand, tight ore supply makes some refined manganese manufacturers can not start production, meanwhile the ore price hike also give the support for the cost.
