[Cu] China Raised Export Rebate for Copper Tubes

SHANGHAI, Nov. 18 (CBI China) -- China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) and State Administration of Taxation (SAT) announced today to raised export rebate rate for some products, effective on December 1, 2008. Affected non-ferrous metal products are mainly copper tubes and aluminum plate, sheet and strip. Of those, export rebate for copper tubes with HS code: 74111019-74112900 increased to 9% from 5% (excluding inner grooved copper tube, with export rebate of 13%).
