March 18 (Bloomberg) -- Copper futures in New York rallied for a third day amid speculation that demand may increase as Japan rebuilds after last week’s earthquake and tsunami.
The May-delivery contract rose 0.4 percent to $4.3610 a pound at 10 a.m. Melbourne time, after jumping 3.5 percent yesterday.
