Copper advanced for a fourth day, extending its third weekly gain, after U.S. employers added more jobs than estimated, easing concerns about slowing growth.
The metal for delivery in three months on the London Metal Exchange climbed 0.3 percent to $7,670 a metric ton by 8:08 a.m. in Singapore. It rose to $7,750 a ton on Sept. 3, the highest price since April 27.
