







BAOTOU, Apr. 16 -- DunAn Group recently kicked off construction on a polysilicon project in Bayan Nur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through a local subsidiary, source reported.
The project, which is expected to produce 3,000 tons of polysilicon per year, will cost RMB 1.88 billion and will be put into operation within one year. Its estimated sales revenue is RMB 1.08 billion.
The company also hopes to increase its investment in Bayan Nur to inform a photovoltaic industrial park.
Established in 1987, DunAn Group is one of Inner Mongolia's leading PV firms. The company achieved total sales of more than RMB 151 billion in 2009, according to its website.
