CZP to Increase Zinc Output by 50 kt in 2012

SHANGHAI, Mar. 25 -- Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (CZP), Russia's largest zinc producer, plans to increase zinc output by over 50 kt in 2012.

CZP President Andrey Panshin said the company’s zinc output will reach 175 kt in 2012. CZP has produced 119.9 kt of high-purity zinc and zinc-base alloy in 2009.
