SHANGHAI, Mar. 22 (SMM) -- China's domestic selenium dioxide prices slipped slightly, with mainstream prices felling from RMB 500-510/kg last week to around RMB 490/kg.
The constantly decline of selenium prices is mainly attributed to short position sentiment on selenium prices from EMM producers that mainly adopted a wait-and-see attitude with low purchasing interest. In addition, some low-priced offers of selenium also dragged down selenium prices.
SMM believes that falling room for selenium dioxide prices will be limited as overseas EMM prices are stable and costs of selenium dioxide are high.
