Domestic Refined Cobalt Prices Move down with LME Cobalt Prices

SHANGAHI, Feb. 24 (SMM) -- LME cobalt futures market was launched on February 22nd. Daily trading volumes of LME cobalt were 90 lots, with traded prices in the USD 39,950-40,000/mt range. Total trading volumes of LME cobalt were 46 lots on February 23rd, with traded prices in the USD 39,000-39,500/mt range. Trading volumes were relatively low, with strong wait-and-see sentiment in the market.

In the domestic spot market, transactions of domestic refined cobalt have been sluggish from the beginning of this week till now. Traded prices dropped slightly along with LME cobalt prices, with mainstream traded prices in the RMB 385,000-400,000/mt range.
