Domestic refined cobalt prices continued to rise slightly, at present in addition to Jinchuan, the suppliers offer RMB 325,000-330,000/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 12 (CBI China) – Domestic refined cobalt prices continued to rise slightly, at present in addition to Jinchuan, the suppliers offer RMB 325,000-330,000/mt.

It is learned that, although the demand does not improve, the downstream consumers with stock replenishment and interest in purchase with lower prices increased; due to large-scale production suspension in Congo and other origins of raw materials, the international large-scale mining operators do not want to sell at current price, resulting in the adding resistance of ore and other raw materials at current domestic producers, the reluctance of refined cobalt producers to sell enhanced.
