SHANGHAI, Dec. 17 (CBI China) -- In Guangxi region, manganese supply is still tight, the manganese inventories of factory can be used for two months at most.

A factory in Guangxi said, "The maintenance of mine is not over, and the Spring Festival approaches, it is estimated that ore supply will be tight over the next two or three months."

He also said that factories in general can only maintain inventory of more than one month of production, due to limited operation, the inventories can maintain a maximum of 2 months now, if the source will not be added, refined manganese is likely out of stock, leading prices rising.

Another factory in Chongqing said, "Now with many orders, it is difficult to deliver the spot goods by the end of December. We believe that the prices likely rise further to break through RMB 15000/mt."
