II. Qualification Requirements for Registration

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant should not be listed as a discredited executor on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platforms at all levels by the Supreme People's Court.

3. The applicant needs to have a track record of providing technical evaluation services for extremely low-temperature pressure vessel steel plates, such as liquid hydrogen stainless steel, for large steel mills.
