[SMM Hydrogen Energy Policy Express] Shanxi Province: 2025 Action Plan for the Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain

To promote the implementation of the Medium and Long-Term Plan for Hydrogen Energy Industry Development in Shanxi Province (2022-2035) and to facilitate high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry, the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the 2025 Action Plan for the Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain in Shanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Action Plan). The Action Plan includes 11 key tasks: continuously conducting research and development on core technologies, building high-level scientific and technological innovation platforms, continuously enhancing basic research and applied basic research capabilities, establishing a low-cost and diversified hydrogen supply system, orderly advancing the construction of hydrogen refueling stations, continuously promoting demonstration applications of hydrogen energy in the transportation sector, exploring demonstration applications of hydrogen energy in the industrial sector, creating hydrogen energy industry clusters, advancing major projects in the hydrogen energy industry, conducting investment promotion along the entire industry chain, and strengthening safety management across the entire industry chain.
