Notice on the Issuance of Several Policies for Promoting High-Quality Economic Development in Jiaxing (2025 Edition) by the People's Government of Jiaxing City. The notice points out: actively planning future industries such as hydrogen ESS, nuclear medicine and related fields, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic computing. Enterprises newly selected for national and Zhejiang provincial artificial intelligence application scenarios will be rewarded 500,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively. Accelerate the breakthroughs in core technologies of the hydrogen industry, for products recognized as the first (set) at international, national, provincial, and municipal levels, rewards of up to 4 million yuan, 3 million yuan, 1 million yuan, and 200,000 yuan will be given respectively. By 2025, more than 20 new berths of 500 mt and above will be added, accelerating the full coverage of thousand-mt class waterways and docks connected to provincial-level or higher development zones. Promote the digital transformation and upgrading of 330 kilometers of waterway facilities, and complete the construction of the country's first 64 TEU hydrogen fuel cell-powered container ship. Actively create a pilot for the construction of shipping service clusters.
