II. Project Content and Objectives

• Pilot Research: The project will establish a multi-type energy output source-load coordinated simulation operation economic evaluation system, including electricity, heat, hydrogen, and ammonia, to validate and optimize multi-energy complementary coordinated control strategies.
• Technical R&D: Research on an energy management system based on new energy + multi-form ESS + diversified consumption, exploring efficient operation and energy optimization solutions for new energy stations.
• Equipment Procurement: The project involves the procurement of pressurized alkaline electrolyzers and auxiliary equipment, as well as PEM electrolyzer hydrogen production equipment and auxiliary equipment. The successful bidder for the PEM electrolyzer hydrogen production equipment is HydrogenPro Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., whose BriLyzer-R200 Gen 2 PEM electrolyzer features high efficiency, stability, and adaptability to renewable energy input fluctuations.

III. Project Progress and Achievements

• Tendering and Procurement: The project has completed the public tendering and procurement of pressurized alkaline electrolyzers and auxiliary equipment, as well as PEM electrolyzer hydrogen production equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Bid Announcement: The shortlisted candidates for the alkaline electrolyzer and auxiliary equipment project are Jiangsu Shuangliang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Qingqiji Zhongneng (Jiangsu Suzhou) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; the shortlisted candidates for the PEM electrolyzer and auxiliary equipment project are HydrogenPro Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
