SHFE Tin Prices Fluctuate Rangebound, Spot Market Transactions Halted [SMM Tin Morning Brief] On January 27, the latest "China Auto Dealers Inventory Alert Index Survey" (VIA) released by the China Automobile Dealers Association showed that the Vehicle Inventory Alert Index for Chinese auto dealers in January 2025 stood at 62.3%, up 2.4 percentage points YoY and 12.1 percentage points MoM. The inventory alert index remained above the 50 mark, indicating that the automotive circulation industry was in a sluggish zone. During yesterday's night session, SHFE tin prices exhibited a rangebound trend without significant volatility. In the futures market, the price of the most-traded SHFE tin contract stabilized at 248,000 yuan/mt. Due to downstream and end-user enterprises entering the Chinese New Year holiday, there were no tin ingot transactions in the spot market. It is expected that the spot market will gradually resume transactions after the holiday as downstream and end-user enterprises return to work.

I. 사고 개요 2026년 7월 26일 15:30경, 내몽골 싱예 은·주석 광업 유한회사(이하 “회사”)의 100% 자회사인 시우주무친기 인만광업 유한회사(이하 “인만광업”) 광산에서 지하 Ⅲ구역 750 서브레벨 서측 주운반로 19-1과 25-1 사이 구간의 생산·시공 과정 중 사고가 발생하여 1명이 사망하고 부상자는 없었습니다. 사고 발생 후 인만광업은 시우주무친기 응급관리국(이하 “시우기 응급관리국”)이 발행한 현장 조치 결정서를 접수하였습니다. 시우기 응급관리국의 요구에 따라 인만광업의 채굴 구역과 선광 테일링 시스템은 순차적으로 가동이 중단되었습니다. II. 진행 상황 사고 발생 후 인만광업은 안전생산에 대한 전면적이고 심층적인 자체 점검을 실시하고, 사고 예방 및 각종 시정 조치를 엄격히 이행하였습니다. 최근 인만광업은 시우기 응급관리국이 발행한 「시우주무친기 인만광업 유한회사 선광 테일링 시스템 생산 재개 승인 통지」를 수령하였으며, 이에 따라 인만광업의 선광 테일링 시스템 생산 재개가 승인되었습니다. 인만광업 선광장은 2026년 9월 3일 생산을 재개할 예정입니다. 현재 인만광업 채굴 구역은 각종 시정 작업을 전력으로 추진하고 있으며, 가능한 한 조속히 채굴 구역의 생산 재개를 달성하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 회사는 향후 진행 상황에 따라 관련 규정에 의거하여 적시에 정보공시 의무를 이행할 예정이며, 투자자께서는 투자 위험에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
