SMM January 8th: According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, in the 1st week of 2025 (December 30 - January 5), a total of 1,570 second-hand housing units (including self-service transactions) were recorded in Shenzhen, down 18.4% MoM. The Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association stated that with the Chinese New Year holiday approaching, coupled with the full release of previous market demand, the recent second-hand housing market has shown a fluctuating downward trend.
