According to the SMM survey, as of Thursday (November 28), domestic bonded zone copper inventories decreased by 3,500 mt WoW (from November 21) to 58,500 mt. Specifically, Shanghai bonded inventories decreased by 3,300 mt WoW to 54,100 mt, while Guangdong bonded inventories decreased by 200 mt WoW to 4,400 mt. The continuous decline in bonded warehouse inventories this week is mainly due to urgent downstream procurement demand, high demand for warehouse warrants and near-port B/L, and frequent openings of the import window, resulting in significant outflows from warehouses. Looking ahead, the SHFE/LME price ratio remains moderate this week, and warehouse warrant transactions are performing well, so bonded warehouse inventories are expected to continue to decline.
