SMM reported on November 8 that Xinji Microelectronics announced that shareholders Yage Semiconductor, Nano Lithography, and Hefei Lithography plan to reduce their combined holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.605 million shares, representing no more than 2.74% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1.3142 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2.2908 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.74% of the company's total share capital.
