ACME Semiconductor's R&D and Manufacturing Center Commences Operations, Projected to Reach 10 Billion Yuan in Capacity

SMM reported on October 25 that the completion and commencement of operations ceremony for ACME Semiconductor's R&D and Manufacturing Center was successfully held in Lingang New Area, Shanghai. The ACME Lingang project comprises five individual buildings, including two R&D buildings, two manufacturing plants, and one auxiliary plant, with a total gross floor area of 138,000 square meters. Among them, the manufacturing plants occupy 40,000 square meters and are designated as Plants A and B. Meanwhile, Plant A, which has already commenced operations, also features an intelligent logistics and warehousing system, making it a smart factory that comprehensively enhances ACME's manufacturing capacity and efficiency. The production capacity of Plant A alone is sufficient to match the current capacity of ACME's Chuansha factory, with annual production reaching 300 to 400 units and annual revenue exceeding 5 billion yuan, and there is still potential for further improvement. By next year, when Plant B is completed and put into use, the two plants are expected to achieve a combined production capacity of 10 billion yuan.
