SMM Analysis: Tesla Signs Agreement with CATL to Expand Battery Factory in the United States

SMM News on February 2nd, according to market reports, the leading global new energy vehicle and energy storage company Tesla intends to purchase production equipment from CATL to expand its battery factory in Sparks, Nevada. It is noteworthy that in terms of cooperation, Tesla will purchase equipment from CATL and bear all the costs of the operation and procurement activities of the entire factory, while CATL's staff will only provide technical support such as equipment and production line installation and debugging, and will not have much involvement in the overall operation of the factory.
