According to the data released by the Ministry of Finance, from January to April, among the land and real estate related taxes, the deed tax was 206.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%; land value-added tax was 225.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.2%; property tax was 152.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.5%; cultivated land occupation tax was 45.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.8%; urban land use tax was 86.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 11.5%.
