[Ni Price] SHFE Nickel Traces LME Nickel to Fall (Aug. 3, 2015)

SHANGHAI, Aug. 3 (SMM) – SHFE nickel started last Friday evening session at RMB 82,200/mt and ended at RMB 82,540/mt with the session high at RMB 83,180/mt.

SHFE nickel opened at RMB 82,380/mt for day trading Monday and later followed LME nickel to fall to RMB 80,160/mt, to close at RMB 80,340/mt, off 1.76%. Trading volumes were up 36, 440 to 517,000 lots while positions fell 1,718 to 175,000.
