On the evening of December 12th, Prite issued a notice that its subsidiary Haisida and Weilan New Energy have signed a strategic agreement to quickly introduce solid-state electrolyte systems into the next generation of batteries and to collaborate in the market.
On the same day, Prite released information on Haisida's order acquisition for November 2023, reporting a cumulative $30 million (approximately RMB 213 million) in orders signed with major international customers in the cylindrical battery industry for electric tools. The products are mainly used in the field of electric tools. It is expected that the aforementioned orders will have a positive impact on the company's business performance in 2023 and 2024.
Prite stated that the collaboration with Weilan New Energy will help the company better understand and apply solid-state battery technology, as well as reduce research and development costs and risks. Additionally, it will benefit Weilan New Energy by facilitating the promotion of its solid-state electrolyte products and increasing market share.
