The total investment of the Hunan Rare Earth New Materials Industrial Park project is about 10 billion yuan. Currently, 8 projects have been signed, and the products can be widely used in more than 40 industries in 13 fields such as metallurgy, military industry, petrochemical, glass ceramics, agriculture, and new materials. The first phase of the project has a total investment of about 3 billion yuan and can achieve an annual output value of over 9 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of over 900 million yuan after production.

Hunan Province has identified the Hunan Rare Earth New Materials Industrial Park as a key project for the entire province in 2023, and Yongzhou City has included it in the top ten industrial projects in the city. Liling has designated the rare earth new materials industrial park project as the "number one project" and is fully dedicated to building a "billion-yuan industrial park" around the project.

The project will create favorable conditions for the settlement of subsequent projects such as 40,000 tons of monazite processing and 10,000 tons of rare earth separation in Liling, and bring a historic opportunity for Liling to achieve industrial transformation, upgrading, and leapfrog development.
