According to the public notice, the project receiving special funds under hydrogen refueling infrastructure projects is thePolyhedral Strontium Titanate Concentrated Solar Hydrogen Production (Refueling) Integrated Station Pilot Base Project, which is a stationary hydrogen production and refueling integrated station, with Panzhihua Naou Green Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. as the construction and operation entity.
The project covers an area of 33 mu and includes pile foundation treatment works, outdoor structural civil works, steel structure works, and equipment installation works comprising one set of polyhedral strontium titanate concentrated solar hydrogen production system,with an annual hydrogen production capacity of 200 mt, including 144 heliostats, one concentrated solar reaction tower (equipped with 24 catalytic reactor units), hydrogen production cooling equipment, buffer tanks, one hydrogen refueling station (including compressors, buffer tanks, cooling systems, hydrogen dispensers, fire water tanks, etc.), one purified water system, and approximately 417 m² of equipment and management buildings.

The lead demonstration enterprises receiving special funds for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are Dongfang Electric (Chengdu) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu SinoHytec Power Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Rongchuang New Power System Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Xinyan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.,with a cumulative total of 478 units.
The specific vehicle model distribution is as follows: Dongfang Electric (Chengdu) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. involves 20 buses, 141 trucks, 42 tractors, and 104 tractors, totaling 307 units; Chengdu SinoHytec Power Technology Co., Ltd. involves 55 refrigerated trucks; Sichuan Rongchuang New Power System Co., Ltd. involves 48 tractors; Chengdu Xinyan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. involves 20 buses and 48 tractors, totaling 68 units. The vehicle models cover multiple categories including city buses, refrigerated trucks, box trucks, stake trucks, and tractors.
