Silver Bow Mining Acquires Montana Metallurgical Complex with Two Processing Circuits

On August 24, Silver Bow Mining Corp. announced that it had entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement with Montana Goldfields, Inc. and Montana Tunnels Mining, Inc. to acquire an integrated metallurgical complex in Jefferson County, Montana. The complex includes two separate mineral processing circuits, as well as the historic Montana Tunnels M-Pit.

The Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex includes processing circuits with capacities of 15,000 tons per day and 1,000 tons per day, along with crushing and ore storage facilities, a tailings facility and related infrastructure. The 1,000-ton-per-day circuit is expected to be suitable for processing high-grade silver-gold-zinc-lead mineralization from Silver Bow Mining's Rainbow Block resources.
