SMM: November 24th, Jingye Group 1450 cold rolling project continuous annealing production line was officially put into production, which is another important achievement after the cold rolling project acid rolling mill was put into production. The continuous galvanizing line and the color coating line are scheduled to be put into production before the end of the year, when all the production lines of the 1450 cold rolling project will be put into production, forming the whole process industrial chain of cold rolled products.

In order to extend the main industrial chain of iron and steel industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, Jingye Group invested 4.7 billion yuan to build a 2.6 million-ton coated plate project. the continuous annealing unit now put into production is an important part of the coated plate project, with a designed annual output of 600000 tons. Adhering to the concept of "four first-class", the whole unit construction process strives for excellence from four aspects: factory design, equipment production, installation, commissioning and trial production personnel to ensure the steady implementation of the project.

The continuous annealing unit is designed by China Metallurgical Sadie and installed by China second Metallurgical Co., Ltd., which is well equipped, adopts domestic leading technology, large-scale equipment, intelligent production, and obtains excellent mechanical properties and surface quality. the range of production specifications is 0.3mm to 2.5mm in thickness and 750mm~1350mm in width. After the comprehensive testing of the product performance in the laboratory, each data index is excellent and the product quality is first-class. Products are applied to downstream cabinets, stamping, barrel-making, door-making, office appliances, daily hardware and other industries to meet the needs of the high-end market.
