Shanghai (Gasgoo)- AUDI, the premium electric vehicle (EV) brand marking the deepened collaboration between Audi and SAIC Motor, is going to offer the first glimpse of the mass-produced version of its first concept car, the AUDI E, at the forthcoming AUTO SHANGHAI 2025.

The AUDI E's exterior was crafted by Audi's team of veteran designers known for shaping the brand's iconic models. The design blends Audi's signature avant-garde aesthetic with a modern electric flair, tailored specifically to Chinese consumer tastes. A standout feature is the integrated tech-inspired grille, which combines lighting, sensors, and aerodynamic elements into a single unit—serving both functional and stylistic purposes and giving the vehicle a highly recognizable front-end identity.

On the technology front, the AUDI E is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8295 chip and built on SAIC Motor's latest Galaxy Full Stack 3.0 E/E architecture. This enables deep integration across four core domains—cabin, driving, computing, and connectivity. The intelligent AUDI Assistant, developed under Audi's dynamic interaction concept, leverages large language models and is customized to Chinese user behavior. With multimodal interaction and personalized in-car scenarios, the vehicle creates a seamlessly connected digital living space.

In terms of performance, the AUDI E is equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a total output of 570 kW, enabling 0–100 km/h acceleration in just 3.6 seconds. A 100 kWh high-energy-density battery supports the system, while the 800V high-voltage platform allows for ultra-fast charging—up to 10 minutes for a significant range boost—helping to eliminate range anxiety. Continuous OTA updates ensure that the car remains current with the latest intelligent driving and interactive features, reinforcing its position at the forefront of EV innovation.
