Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On May 13, Great Wall Motor ("GWM")'s WEY-branded Mocca Hi4 model officially hit the market with a price of 238,800 yuan.

In terms of design, the Mocca Hi4 retains the aesthetic of its two-wheel-drive predecessor, embracing what the company describes as "Natural New Boundary Aesthetics." The front of the vehicle is defined by a split headlight design, adding a technological flair with a continuous LED strip above and a set integrated high and low beam lights with an air duct below, enhancing its sporty appearance. The model is available in three colors: Deep Space Black, Frost Silver, and Lijiang Blue.

From the side, the vehicle features newly designed smoky multi-spoke wheels and concealed door handles. The rear boasts split tail lights, complemented by a through-type LED strip that mirrors the front design.

The vehicle measures 4,881mm in length, 1,960mm in width, and 1,690mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,915mm. It comes standard with 235/55 R20 tires and offers an upgrade to 265/45 R21 tires on 21-inch multi-spoke star vein all-black wheels for an additional 5,000 yuan.

Inside, the Mocca Hi4 offers four interior color schemes: black, black-brown, gray-blue, and black-beige. It is equipped with the Coffee OS 2 smart cockpit, which includes a 9.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a W-HUD display. The central console features a 14.6-inch touchscreen and a 9-inch climate control touchscreen, replacing traditional mechanical controls. The vehicle also offers a 50W wireless charging feature, further enhancing the technological ambiance. Connectivity options include Huawei's HiCar 4.0 system and the ICCOA (Intelligent Car Connectivity Alliance) smartphone mirroring, though Apple phones are currently not supported.

The vehicle is equipped for assisted driving with the optional high-speed NOH smart driving package (priced at 17,000 yuan), which includes a high-speed NOH intelligent navigation assist system and a streaming media rearview mirror. This package provides smart functions like intelligent ramp merging, avoidance, and lane change protection across six scenarios. Standard intelligent safety features include AEB (automatic emergency braking), emergency high-voltage disconnection following a battery collision, and FCW (forward collision warning), enhancing proactive safety measures.

The Mocca Hi4 features GWM's Hi4 Performance Edition four-speed electric all-wheel drive system, which includes a 1.5T engine with a maximum output of 170 horsepower (125 kW), and front and rear electric motors that are good for 80 kW and 150 kW, respectively. The transmission system, paired with a four-speed electromechanical coupling unit, delivers a combined maximum output of 476 horsepower (350 kW) and a peak torque of 760 Nm, achieving 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.7 seconds. The Hi4 four-wheel drive system also incorporates the iTVC (intelligent torque vectoring control) system, which can dynamically distribute torque between the front and rear axles to enhance stability on icy roads and improve capability on rough terrain.

The vehicle is powered by a 35.04 kWh ternary lithium battery pack from CATL, offering a CLTC battery-power-alone range of 200 km (WLTC conditions: 165 km). It can be charged from 30% to 80% of its battery capacity in just 26 minutes, and a slow charge from 15% to 100% takes 6 hours. Additionally, the vehicle supports a 3.3 kW V2L (vehicle-to-load) capability.
