SHANGHAI, Jul 25 (SMM) –According to SMM research, pure nickel inventory in six regions across China stood at 4,508 mt last week, down 713 mt from the previous Friday. In detail, the inventory of nickel briquettes remained unchanged WoW at 350 mt, and that of nickel plates was 4,871 mt, down 713 mt. Nickel prices rose last week. Because the end of the month is near, downstream inventory cycles are longer. The downstream enterprises need to make necessary purchases, resulting in a higher demand for nickel plates. It is expected that there will be a slight fall in social inventory of pure nickel this week due to downstream end-of-month purchases.
