BYD announced that the company's automobile production was roughly 154,200 vehicles in January 2023, a year-on-year increase of 63.85%. The sales rose by 58.6% on the year to 151,300 vehicles.
Among them, the output of NEVs increased by 68.08% year-on-year to about 154,200 vehicles, while the NEVs sales jumped 62.44% to 151,300 vehicles.
BYD sold a total of 10,409 new energy passenger vehicles overseas in January 2023. In addition, its total installed capacity of new energy vehicle power batteries and energy storage batteries stood at about 8.148 GWh.
