On December 7, the zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating products of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. went off the line in the carbon steel sheet plant of Hongxing Co., Ltd., marking the first time that zinc, aluminum and magnesium of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.

Zinc, aluminum and magnesium products of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., since its development, mainly produce thick coating products above 150g/ steel. With its excellent corrosion resistance and excellent product quality, it is widely used in photovoltaic brackets, modern agriculture, outdoor cabinets, highway guardrail sound insulation panels, auto parts and other industries.

Recently, the factory has obtained the intention of ordering zinc, aluminum and magnesium products for household appliances in technical marketing services, with excellent surface quality processing performance and strong corrosion resistance. According to the relevant requirements of customers, the zinc-aluminum-magnesium R & D team carefully evaluated and tailored the production plan of zinc-aluminum-magnesium 80g/ coating products.

In the trial production, the R & D team overcomes the difficulties such as difficult process control and stringent surface quality requirements, and tracks the production process throughout the process to ensure that the product goes off the line smoothly. After testing, the surface quality, mechanical properties and coating weight of the 40-ton products are up to the standard, and the product template has been sent to customers for home appliance processing.
