The SMM battery-grade lithium carbonate index stood at 86,088 yuan/ton, down 76 yuan/ton compared to the previous working day. The price of battery-grade lithium carbonate ranged from 84,400 yuan/ton to 88,400 yuan/ton, with an average price of 86,400 yuan/ton, a decrease of 50 yuan/ton compared to the previous working day. The price of industrial-grade lithium carbonate ranged from 80,800 yuan/ton to 82,100 yuan/ton, with an average price of 81,450 yuan/ton, down 50 yuan/ton compared to the previous working day. As the weekend approaches, the inquiry and quotation activities of upstream lithium salt factories, downstream material factories, and traders have decreased significantly. Today, the trading price of lithium carbonate in the spot market remained stable, and the trading situation remained sluggish. Material factories still maintain a cautious wait-and-see attitude, and their purchasing enthusiasm is insufficient. Lithium salt factories are also maintaining their prices, and there is currently not much enthusiasm for spot transactions. Lithium carbonate prices fell by 3,000 yuan/ton this week, and are expected to continue to be weak in the future.
