On August 1, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued a notice on the implementation of several recent measures to promote the development of the private economy. Among them, it is proposed to expand the new model of central-local cooperation and credit enhancement of private enterprise bonds to all types of private enterprises that meet the issuance conditions so as to form more demonstration cases as soon as possible. To adapt to the land use needs of private small, medium, and micro enterprises, relevant departments actively explore the actual industrial chain land supply way and implement the overall supply of many lands involved in industrial chain-related projects. In addition to complying with laws and regulations and relevant policy provisions, the government should also extend the investment scope of water supply, gas supply, and power supply enterprises free of charge to the red line of enterprise building zoning within the scope of urban planning construction land.
