The project is planned to be built in three phases, the first and second phases to build a 500000-ton high-quality steel pipe and finished product coupling production line, and the third phase to build a 700000-ton hot continuous rolling production line. Mainly produces all kinds of special steel and stainless steel seamless steel pipe with diameter 8mm-325mm, including high strength, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and other high performance oil casing tube body, fluid pipe, pipe line tube, high and low pressure boiler tube, bearing steel pipe, automobile pipe, hydraulic pipe, finished product coupling and so on.

The whole process of the project production line to achieve green, intelligent, intensive, all put into production can achieve an annual output value of 6.2 billion yuan, tax revenue of 460 million yuan.
