Chinese Lead-Acid Battery Producers Plan Big Price Hike on Higher Lead Prices, SMM Says

SHANGHAI, Sept. 22 (SMM) – In response to lead price rise, some lead-acid battery producers in Chinese market are planning to hike sales prices sharply.

Some producers plan to raise prices by 4-5%.

Many lead-acid battery producers are beginning to replenish stocks for upcoming 2017 Chinese National Day holiday (Oct. 1-7).
