Operating Rate at China Silicon Plants Falls in April, SMM Surveys

SHANGHAI, May 5 (SMM) - The average operating rate at Chinese silicon metal plants fell to 28.23% in April, down 1.75 percentage points from March and 4.27 percentage points on a yearly basis, according to an SMM survey of 117 domestic silicon metal plants.
