SHANGHAI, Apr. 28 (SMM) - The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to continue to levy anti-dumping tariff on solar-grade polysilicon imported from the European Union (EU) from May 1, 2017, based on investigations by the China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), MOFCOM announced.
The anti-dumping tax will remain in place for 18 months. Investigated products imported from Wacker Chemie AG will exempt from the tax, though.
