On December 19, Shanghai Leji New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangsheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established Anhui Guangsheng Meichen New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "New Company") and held a signing ceremony in Guangde, Anhui.
The New Company will focus on the processing, manufacturing, and sales of secondary aluminum ingots, with the first-phase capacity of 50,000 mt expected to reach full production after the New Year.
It is reported that Shanghai Leji was jointly established by shareholders including Dongyang Meichen and Alliance; Anhui Guangsheng is wholly owned by Kelante Aluminum Co., Ltd. and specializes in the production and manufacturing of aluminum billets and aluminum ingots.
