Alba and Daji Aluminium Form Joint Venture for Alumina Residue Treatment in Bahrain

Bahrain Aluminium (Alba) and Daji Aluminium have recently jointly established a joint venture focused on the treatment of alumina residue in Bahrain. The announcement was made at the Gateway Gulf 2024 Investment Forum, which was co-hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board, Alba, and Daji Aluminium, aiming to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two parties.

According to the agreement, Alba will own 70% of the joint venture, while Daji Aluminium will hold 30%. The two parties plan to commence operations of the joint venture in the future.
