Fulin Precision Subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua Signs Cooperation Deal with CATL for Lithium Iron Phosphate Materials Supply

[Fulin Precision Industries: Subsidiary Signs "Business Cooperation Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL)] Fulin Precision Industries announced that its controlled subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua recently signed a "Business Cooperation Agreement" with CATL. Based on the strategic cooperation plan of both parties and future market demand, they have agreed to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in the verification and production of lithium iron phosphate materials for lithium batteries, jointly exploring the new energy market. CATL has agreed to pay advance payments to Jiangxi Shenghua to support the construction of its Jiangxi base and has committed to purchasing at least 140,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate materials from Jiangxi Shenghua each year from 2025 to 2027.
