Liaoning Dalian Boosts Research and Application of Key Energy Storage Technologies for Industrial Advancement

Liaoning Dalian: Advancing Key Core Technology Research and Achievement Transformation in the Energy Storage Industry" On July 10th, the Dalian Development and Reform Commission released a response to Proposal No. 0054 submitted during the third session of the 14th Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). The document proposes to promote the research of key core technologies and the transformation of achievements in the energy storage industry, as well as strengthen the demonstration and application in multiple scenarios.

Relying on the advantages of our city's energy storage technology and industrial foundation, we will comprehensively enhance the ability and level of R&D for various types of energy storage technologies and equipment, and accelerate the localization and transformation of advanced achievements in our city. We will continue to optimize the organization mode of scientific and technological research, focusing on the cutting-edge needs and market development trends of energy storage technology. Through various scientific and technological projects such as "Challenge-Based R&D", key R&D plans, and talent cultivation, we will promote close cooperation between industry, universities, research institutions, and end-users. We will actively promote the demonstration and application of energy storage technologies and equipment on the grid side, power generation side, and user side, aiming to build a domestically competitive energy storage battery industry base.
