China Petroleum's 150MW/600MWh Supporting Energy Storage Project in Jashi, Xinjiang Successfully Connected to the Grid for the First Time
The 600,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project and the 150MW/600MWh supporting energy storage system constructed by the Tarim Oilfield of China Petroleum in Jashi County, Xinjiang, were successfully connected to the grid for the first time. Penghui Energy has assisted China Petroleum Jichai Power to successfully complete the landing and grid connection of the 600MWh supporting energy storage project, setting a new record for the largest single-scale photovoltaic energy storage project of China Petroleum.
According to calculations, the 600,000-kilowatt photovoltaic energy storage project in Jashi County of Tarim Oilfield of China Petroleum can generate 10.4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which can meet the annual usage of 440,000 households. The 150MW/600MWh large-scale electrochemical energy storage station, which is built in conjunction with the 600,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project, is responsible for energy storage system integration by China Petroleum Jichai Power Limited. It adopts Penghui Energy's high safety, long-cycle, and high-efficiency high-quality battery energy storage system.
