According to an official announcement from CATL on January 26th, Didi and CATL have officially established a joint venture for battery swapping in Ningde, Fujian Province. The joint venture will focus on providing battery swapping services for numerous new energy vehicles in the ride-hailing scene. In addition to the establishment of the joint venture for battery swapping, CATL has also formed a strategic partnership with Didi's Xiaojuben Energy, aiming to promote cooperation in a wider range of new energy fields such as integrated energy storage and charging.
