China's Casting Exports From January To April In 2023 Decreased

According to customs statistics, China's casting exports from January to April in 2023 decreased slightly compared with the same period last year. The total export volume of 19 tariff codes was 1.69 million mt, a year-on-year decrease of 0.3%, and the total export value was $5.02 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.7%.

In April, exports under 19 tariff codes were 446,000 mt, a year-on-year increase of 5.0% and a month-on-month decrease of 13.2%; the export value was $1.35 billion, a year-on-year growth of 6.4% and a month-on-month drop of 2.9%.
