The weighted average return on net assets was 23.23%, an increase of 11.26 percentage points over the same period last year.

Dangsheng Technology pointed out that the main reasons for the year-on-year growth of the above indicators are: the company's outstanding competitive advantage in the market of lithium cathode materials, the rapid growth of domestic and foreign customer demand for the company's products, and the substantial increase in product sales and revenue of the company in 2021. Profitability continues to maintain a leading level in the industry.

By the end of the reporting period, the total assets of Dangsheng Science and Technology were 14.4666981 billion yuan, an increase of 142.83% over the beginning of the period, and the owner's equity belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 9.4484393 billion yuan, an increase of 147.94% over the beginning of the period. The net assets per share belonging to shareholders of listed companies were 18.65 yuan, an increase of 122.02 percent over the same period last year, mainly due to the completion of non-public offerings of the company during the reporting period, an increase in equity and capital reserves, a substantial increase in net profit, and an increase in net assets of Synchronize.
