According to Bloomberg, (Codelco), the Chilean state copper company, and three unions at its Chuquicamata copper mine have asked for an extension of labor negotiations for another five days, which is expected to continue until June 13, Bloomberg reported.
Codelco failed to meet the demands of all unions in its previous proposal, failed to reach an agreement in the negotiations, and said it would continue to look for common interests.
