Aluminium inventories extend declines on robust downstream consumption

SHANGHAI, Mar 29 (SMM) – China's inventory of refined aluminium including SHFE warrants amounted to 2.24 million mt as of Thursday March 29, according to SMM data. This is down from 2.26 million mt on Monday March 26, and from 2.28 million mt on Thursday March 22.

Details are as follows:

Wuxi, Jiangsu – 902,000 mt

Shanghai – 443,000 mt

Nanhai, Guangdong – 424,000 mt

Gongyi, Henan – 197,000 mt

Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 162,000 mt

Tianjin – 55,000 mt

Linyi, Shandong – 38,000 mt

Chongqing – 22,000 mt
